What is EUC?

  EUC is the European Ultimate Championships. National teams from all over Europe will compete for medals.
 

What is ultimate?

  Ultimate is a fast, exciting team sport, using a flying disc. Visit our ultimate page to learn more about the sport.
 

When is the tournament happening?

  The tournament runs from the from 28 July to 5 August 2007 in Southampton, UK.
 

Which teams are competing at EUC2007?

  You can find a full list of the teams who have entered on our teamlist page.
 

What divisions will be running during the tournament?

  Teams will compete in Open, Women's, Mixed, Masters and three Junior divisions.
 

What is the qualifying age for Masters Division?

  To qualify for the Masters division, you should be 32 or older in 2007.
 

What is the qualifying age for the Junior Open and Junior Women Divisions?

  To qualify for the Junior divisions, you should have been born in 1988 or later.
 

What is the qualifying age for the U17 Open Division?

  To qualify for the U17 Open division, you should have been born in 1991 or later.
 

Can I play in more than one division?

  You can only compete in one ultimate division.
 

What are the uniform rules for teams competing in EUC2007?

What are the playing rules for EUC2007?

  The new 2007 edition of the WFDF rules will be used. Visit the Playing Rules page for details.
 

How many players are we allowed to have?

  The WFDF rules apply: "A7.2. A team may have a maximum of thirty-two (32) and a minimum of twelve (12) players on its roster."
 

What is the best way to travel to Southampton?

What is the exact location of the tournament?

  The postcode of the Tournament Centre is SO50 5PE. The postcode of the Social Centre is SO17 1BJ. Visit our Venue pages for maps and more details.
 

What is the Guest Fee?

  If you wish to come to EUC2007 as a coach, guardian, physio or in any other non-playing capacity for the week, you will need to pay a Guest Fee. Your Team Manager will be able to add your details to the booking system.
 

Can I come to EUC2007 just to watch the games?

  Of course. We hope that lots of people will want to come to watch on Finals Day, Saturday August 4. Please refer to the Fees pages for more details.
 

When is my team's first game?

  The first round of games will be scheduled for the morning of Sunday July 29. Most teams will play their first game then. Have a look at the Timeline page for an overview of the event schedule.
 

When is the Opening Ceremony?

  The Opening Ceremony and a feature game will be in the afternoon of Sunday July 29. Have a look at the Timeline page for an overview of the event schedule.
 

When and where is registration?

  Registration will take place from 12pm to 6pm on Saturday July 28 at the Tournament Centre. If you need to register on Sunday July 29 before your first game please let us know.
 

Who needs to be at registration?

  To make things easier for everybody there will be a limit of 2 people per team allowed at the office for registration.
